List of body sensations

When we practice mindfulness, we're often asked to notice what's happening in the body. That's harder than it sounds when we don't yet have the vocabulary to describe the sensations. Use this list next time you check in with your body, to find the word that describes what you notice.
This list of words is non-exhaustive; I encourage you to come up with your own words, as well as reflect on how each one would be described in your native language.
