Paris Mindfulness Community

Why This Community?

Practicing mindfulness can get lonely! We all need a supportive community to learn a new skill or to maintain one we already have.

Our Intentions

We come together once a week to

1. learn & practice mindfulness together,
2. share and learn from each other,
3. support each other in our mindfulness practices.

Meeting Times & Locations

Weekly meetings are on Wednesday evenings between 19:30 and 21:00 in central Paris (1st or 2nd arrondissement). Please check this page regularly for the locations of each meeting.

The meeting on June 26th is not happening this week due to heat alerts.

Who Can Join

The community is open to everyone!

No prior mindfulness experience is needed. I will work with newcomers to guide them and answer their questions during meetings.

Multicultural & Mindful Dialogue Guidelines are taught and reminded at every meeting.
